Ops Risk

Responsibilities：

1、Assisting in finding practical and cost-effective solutions to identified or revealed operational risk issues and IT security relevant issues across the firm;

2、Providing direction and guidance in the development, implementation, and communication of operational risk-related prevention policies and standards；

3、Undertaking risk reviews of the counterparty system security evaluation and daily operational procedure；

4、Evaluating alternative means of reducing the firm’s risk exposure to catastrophic loss；

5、Working in relation and conformity with internal and external auditors, operation, compliance；

Experience And Qualifications Required：

1、3-7 years’ experience in a dedicated operational risk within a financial services organization；

2、Comfortable working independently under pressure and in a constantly changing environment；

3、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills；

4、Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Mandarin)；

5、University degree in Business Management, Finance or  other relevant disciplines；

6、Attentive to details, well-organized, self-motivated, a good team player。
